What we’re building here is deeply personal to me.
The OverachieveHers was born out of my journey—navigating corporate spaces as a woman of color, achieving success without the social capital many of my peers had, and feeling the personal toll that overachievement often brings.

Too many high-achieving women feel stuck.
I found myself in countless conversations with brilliant women who, despite their impressive achievements, felt similarly stuck—unheard, unseen, and powerless to change the systems that held them back.
What if we came togehter?
